Everybody loves Rich Evirs!

I don't understand where all the hate comes from for Rich. At first I was part if the I hate Rich fan club but by the third or forth Podcast, I changed my tune. Rich is one solid human, and has excellent thoughts. Everybody should be thanking him for his contribution. Rich if you read this at least one person has your back!

If anyone doesn't like anything that either Rich, Evan or I does or says, I'm all for constructive criticism. The problem is when the criticism is not constructive at all. And in Rich case… if it wasn't for him setting everything up, I'd still be debating the pros and cons of starting a podcast

One thing I have to say about Rich is I think he has a great voice for radio/podcasts. Being on the Internet automatically puts you in a space for criticism and you have to be able to shrug it off. If you hate Rich than do not listen or stop being judgmental. It seems like if there was no Rich their would be no podcast.

I heard Rich on a recent episode joke about waiting for a “I hate rich” thread to start, and I thought he was just kidding. I can't see what people could possibly complain about to be honest. Nobody's perfect of course, but he's clearly a passionate, intelligent guy, has a great radio voice and seems the perfect foil for Daneile (did I spell that right?)
No complaints from me!

Uh… I totally see what pisses people off about Rich. He is honest, straightforward, and thinks for himself. That combination of traits has and will always doom one to a love him or hate him sort of existence. I for one love him. Keep kicking ass and taking names Rich. But if you do, you might have to change your slogan to: Loudly awaiting my one way trip to Guantanamo.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. We knew when we started this thing that we would ruffle some feathers and that is exactly what its going to take if we are going to wake the country and for that matter the world out of its sheep-like obedient existence and start us down the path of thinking for themselves with a little compassion and empathy. If I ever get anything wrong or make a mistake or inaccuracy of any sort I will happily make amends and correct the problem, but we do a lot of telling it the way we see it and that will never make everyone happy and I would never try to. Along the way I've learned to try to disagree without being disagreeable, not as easy as it sounds but I'll keep trying. Thanks for listening everyone, lovers and haters, you are all welcome. Keep spreading the word.
Rich

Richimon, glad to see you chimed in! I kinda agree with Wood8000. I can see how Rich would rub the general public the wrong way, but on the other hand shouldn't the people who listen to this podcast appreciate a person with such traits.

And can I add… 149 views!? Damn people this is a place of discussion, so please speak up!

I have to admit that I often get annoyed at co-hosts that talk too much as I'm listening to something like the Joe Rogan show for Joe, not for Redban. Which reminds me… if you ever find yourself being annoyed by Rich, just think it could be Redban and you'll gain some perspective heheh
Note that Redban is actually a really nice guy and I like talking to him off the show but man on the show all I think is please STFU Redban.
Rich, thanks for doing your work, we all appreciate it

Good thing Redban doesn't talk to much any more. Joe treats him like a big kid half the time he speaks, which makes it kind of funny.
