Buying a used 4x4 in Al Quoz, what should I be checking underneath?

The seller seems decent over the phone but you never really know until you see the car. I'm not experienced with buying used cars here and I don't want to get excited and overlook something obvious. I read a Leading used car buying checklist for buyers in Al Quoz that mentioned checking for overspray on the rubber seals and looking at the undercarriage for fresh undercoating that might be hiding rust, which I hadn't thought of.
