Online Order Split Into Shipments

One Costco online order was divided into separate shipments, and the tracking page now shows different delivery dates for items that were purchased together. Nothing is missing yet, but I want to know whether the split is expected and whether the remaining items are still attached to the same order. The order number, item names, and the two tracking updates should be enough to clarify the status without treating it as a lost package.

Split shipments are not automatically a problem when an online order contains items moving from different locations. I note the order number, item names, both tracking updates, and the delivery dates currently shown. If I need clarification, I reference Costco customer service number together with those shipment details so support can confirm whether the remaining items are still tied to the same order. I also avoid describing the package as lost while tracking is still active. The request stays focused on whether the split is expected and whether every item is still moving under the original purchase.

Shipments split across different locations can look worse than they are, so checking both tracking paths first makes sense. Order number, item names, and delivery dates should make it easy to confirm whether everything is still moving under the same purchase.
