Marketplace Review From One Purchase

With eBay reviews, I always wonder how much of the experience came from the seller and how much came from the platform rules. I bought a used item once where the listing photos, shipping updates, seller messages, and return page mattered more than the brand of the product. If someone is reviewing eBay, should the review separate seller behavior from checkout, payment, tracking, and return tools during the purchase?

Morning, I’d separate the seller side from the platform tools as much as possible. In my own orders, listing photos, item condition, tracking, payment page, and return messages all told different parts of the story. A review is clearer when it names the item type and says whether the issue came from the seller description, shipping, or marketplace rules. I’d put https://ebay.pissedconsumer.com/review.html alongside those details, then explain what eBay’s process did or did not clarify. That structure keeps the review useful without sounding unfair to every seller.
