Use of the word 'schizophrenic'

I was struck by the inconsistent use of the word ‘schizophrenic’ in this episode. On this note, though, you accurately reference the role of schizophrenia as a mental disturbance which likely played a role in the founding Christianity zealots who had unreasonable guilt associated with sex as well as delusions of grandeur leading to feeling spoken to directly by god, but then misuse the term schizophrenic to refer to two opposing aspects of society's rules versus activities. I recommend this article for a discussion of the dangers of misusing this word in public forum without some level of contemplation of how it may affect our society's view of serious illness:
