Old Modem After Plan Change

Following a change to my internet plan, I kept wondering whether my old modem was still okay or if the slower evening speeds came from equipment, wiring, or the plan itself. The speed is not always low, which makes the question harder to describe. If I search for centurylink phone number, should I start with the plan change, the modem model, or the time pattern when the connection feels different?

Morning, I’d start with the timing pattern because evening slowdowns tell support something different from a modem that fails all day. A note near centurylink phone number should include the plan change date, modem model, wired and Wi-Fi speed results, room location, and whether devices behave the same way. That helps separate home equipment from the service line. I’d also mention if the old modem stayed in use since the plan update. A short timeline makes the question easier than saying the internet feels inconsistent.
