dhizzo	Who are you people? I'm dhizzo, aka Derrick. I'm 30, work in engineering, live in Winnipeg, study the jiu jitsu, as well as taking some night courses to further my education in engineering. I live with my long time girl friend and our two cats Pluto & Mother Girl. My GF's mother also lives with us in a separate suite with her 5 cats… way too many fucking cats. I'm into philosophy specifically, Nietzsche being my current favorite, love Thus Spoke Zarathustra. Try to keep up on science, and politics. I'm also a year round bike commuter, 24km round trip most day. I'll drive every now and then. Year round commuting includes January in -30C, I like to live hard. And I'm totally poor right now because I'm pouring all my money into a 100 year old house renovation. Now you go! quote

StevenSek	I'm from Colorado. I am an expert at seasonal employment to fulfill my passions on a shoestring budget. During the Winter months I work as a Snowboard Instructor at Beaver Creek. I just finished my 6th season and I absolutely love it. I logged 135 ride days this year which was my most active year to date and hope to log 150 next season. Along with the help of some of the best snowboard coaches in the world, I help coach my 14 year old daughter in Big Mountain, Slopestyle, Halfpipe, and Boardercross. She's currently ranked 8th in the National in Boardercross for her age division. During the summer, I work on the grounds crew at Eagle Ranch Golf Course in Eagle, CO. I do enjoy golf, but not as much as I used to. The last couple years I've only logged about 15-20 rounds, however prior to that I played over 120 rounds per year for the prior four years. When I'm not playing golf, I spend most of my time learning how to become a better poker player. I'm not sure if I'll ever take it to the professional level, however, I am working towards that goal. I try to work out four to five times a week, eat fairly healthy, and listen to my favorite podcasts which include: The Joe Rogan Experience, Hardcore History, The Drunken Taoist, and a bunch of poker related podcasts. Also, I'm working on a website project related to the poker industry(http://www.pokermediaawards.com) Unless you're in poker media, you'd probably not be interested in it. That said, I did all of the layout, design, and wordpress coding myself and implemented a cool voting application into the theme. A Cool thing I started doing regularly is Snow Skating. It's a hybrid between a skateboard/snowboard/ski. It's got a skateboard deck with semi rigid trucks, and a ski on the bottom. Super fun! quote
