Kesey was the author of the classic "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and the leading figure of the group of psychedelic adventurers known as the Merry Pranksters. In this conversation, we chat about community, family, thinking beyond one's life, idealism, psychedelic revolutions, the 1960s, getting high without drugs, hard times and strong rituals, the difference between a tribe and an audience, and much more!
